CANCELLATION POLICY - Up to 30 days prior the arrival date, cancellation is possible at no charge. Afterwards, the following cancellation fees apply: 29-7 days prior the arrival date a 50 % cancellation fee of the full stay value becomes payable; 6-0 days prior the arrival date a 90 % cancellation fee of the full stay value becomes payable (subject to seasonal deviations or exceptions due to COVID-19).
DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN: Discount for children in their parents’ room: Under the age of 2 years free of charge, 2 to 6 years € 60.00 per night, 7 to 15 years € 95.00 per night. Children in their own room get a 25% discount on the regular rate (up to the age of 18).
GREEN FEE DISCOUNT: As a guest of Hamacher Hotels & Resorts, you receive a 30 % green fee discount at our hotel-owned courses Dolomitengolf Osttirol (36 holes) and Defereggental Golf Park (9 holes Par 3).
INTERNET: WiFi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.
