General information
- PRICES: All rates are expressed per person and night in Euro, including half-board. Subject to modifications.
- VISITOR'S TAX: All adult guests are charged a daily visitor's tax of € 2.00 per person/night (from the age of 16 onward). From December 1st, 2024, the daily visitor's tax is € 2.60 per person/night (from the age of 16 onward).
- BED AND BREAKFAST: For bed and breakfast only, the half-board price is reduced by € 10.00 per person/night.
- DEPOSIT: Prior to arrival, a deposit will become due. Details are mentioned in your booking confirmation.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Up to 30 days prior the arrival date, cancellation is possible at no charge. Afterwards, the following cancellation fees apply: 29-7 days prior the arrival date a 50 % cancellation fee of the full stay value becomes payable; 6-0 days prior the arrival date a 90 % cancellation fee of the full stay value becomes payable (subject to seasonal deviations or exceptions due to COVID-19).
- DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN: Discount for children in their parents’ room: Under the age of 2 years free of charge, 2 to 6 years € 60.00 per night, 7 to 15 years € 95.00 per night. Children in their own room get a 25% discount on the regular rate (up to the age of 18).
- GREEN FEE DISCOUNT: As a guest of Hamacher Hotels & Resorts, you receive a 30 % green fee discount at our hotel-owned courses Dolomitengolf Osttirol (36 holes) and Defereggental Golf Park (9 holes Par 3).
- INTERNET: WiFi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.
- SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT: All rooms & suites are non-smoking only. Please also refrain from smoking in our restaurants and all public areas.
- PETS: To be considerate of other hotel guests, we kindly ask you to leave your pet at home.
