CANCELLATION POLICY - Up to 30 days prior the arrival date, cancellation is possible at no charge. Afterwards, the following cancellation fees apply: 29-7 days prior the arrival date a 50 % cancellation fee of the full stay value becomes payable; 6-0 days prior the arrival date a 90 % cancellation fee of the full stay value becomes payable (subject to seasonal deviations or exceptions).
DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN: Fixed rate for children incl. half-board in their parents’ room: Under the age of 2 years free of charge, 2-6 years € 45.00 per night, 7-15 years € 80.00 per night. Children in their own room receive a 25 % discount on the regular rate (up to the age of 18; Not valid during Christmas, New Year, Epiphany & Carnival).
INTERNET: WiFi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.
SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT: All rooms & suites are non-smoking only. Please also refrain from smoking in our restaurants and all public areas.
